At the same time, Reed uses Wakandan technology to track Franklin, discovers that he, too, is in this parallel universe, and deduces that Doctor Doom is there with him.

To open a portal to this parallel universe, Wong calls America Chavez. The team that journeys to Earth-10005 includes Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, Thor, Hulk, She-Hulk, Ant-Man, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Shang-Chi, Namor, the Sentry and the Fantastic Four. U.S. Agent, Ghost, Red Guardian, Falcon, Wong, M’Baku, Namora and Attuma remain on Earth-616 to defend it from an invasion. From that point on, battle erupts between Earth-616 and Earth-10005, where the X-Men reside, and they soon discover that it is all part of an even bigger plan involving Doctor Doom, the Time Variance Authority, and Loki.

If they center more of the story on that + Steve coming out of "retirement" to help put down Doom I could see more people going to see it in theaters. Unfortunately that would be falling back on the early phase MCU characters but at this point I don't think any of the new heroes can bring the general audience to the theaters like the original Avengers could.

more likely Doom planning an attack on the TVA to get to Loki. My hopes are an even split between TVA factions that results in mass pruning even larger than the nuking of the sacred timeline to fuel The Void at The End of Time as a second order consequence. While completely avoiding any interactions with it so The Void can be used in future projects instead of the likely Battleworld stand-in that I fear is the case.
