I'm cheating a bit but the Gas Gang started out as Metal Men villains and now that Robot bear (made out of oxygen?) is in a cappie and smoking a cigar.

Generally though I'd just recommend reading a hero's runs if you're interested in one of their villains (read Batman if you want Bane, read Wonder Woman if you want more Circe, Superman for Maxima, etc.).

Yeah, she kills Psi-Mon and the others because Psi-Mon was fucking with her head. I liked that, but I'm not sure about Pinball Wizard, Clock King, Shadow Thief, Livewire, Mime, Ultra, Hellgrammite, Wild Dog, Ragdoll, Dreamslayer, AND Steel all having to work together; that's a pretty big cast.
