I'm really tired of having 80% of comic discussion online revolve around heroes, so here's a thread where you can post and discuss Western supe villains that you like.
I'm cheating a bit but the Gas Gang started out as Metal Men villains and now that Robot bear (made out of oxygen?) is in a cappie and smoking a cigar.
>>149427959 >Nice. I've watched that episode of Unlimited with him like ten times. He was great in that, I always liked the DCAU portrayal of the Greek Gods.
>Spellbinder Gotta love the villains who have no visible faces; their outfits are always kino.

What are some comics to read if I care about the villains more than the heroes?
>>149428699 This website has recs for particular characters, though it's ten years out of date: https://comraderecs.tumblr.com
Generally though I'd just recommend reading a hero's runs if you're interested in one of their villains (read Batman if you want Bane, read Wonder Woman if you want more Circe, Superman for Maxima, etc.).
>>149427959 I'm still hoping to commission some Spellbinder on Poison Ivy art. That topic aside yeah his Beyond design is super cool with the spiral patterns and the faceless look.

>>149428725 Thanks, anon. Iโve been using Slimebeastโs pitch for a Suicide Squad sequel as a catalogue of new villains to check out and Iโm hoping to branch out on my own from there.
This is a really good listen if youโre in the need for a forty-minute-long reading of a screenplay: https://youtu.be/MFeHP6ILO2k?si=618siC1Dax55Hgkg
>>149428767 I watched a bit of it, it looks funny but I'm not sure about the team. Not sure about how well all those characters would work together, and I feel like there might be too many of them.
>>149429429 Yeah, she kills Psi-Mon and the others because Psi-Mon was fucking with her head. I liked that, but I'm not sure about Pinball Wizard, Clock King, Shadow Thief, Livewire, Mime, Ultra, Hellgrammite, Wild Dog, Ragdoll, Dreamslayer, AND Steel all having to work together; that's a pretty big cast.
>>149429454 Infinity War and Endgame already showed it can be done pretty well, although Iโm not nearly well-versed enough in the comics to discuss character compatibility.
