I’m convinced someone in Coppola’s Dracula saw this outfit and thought “hell yeah, we are using that”. The movie had Steranko and Mignola in the art department btw

His story was sorta short, but it was one of my favorites.
So much potential, I wonder why he wasn't and isn't used in games, cartoons and movies more... I mean, the Mask of the Phantasm was sort of inspited by it I feel like, but it needs more.

Marcie Cooper version of Harlequin. Was only in Infinity Inc.

She's a super cunt who blackmailed Obsidian and attempted to honeypot him but kinda failed at it and then pretended to be his sister to try to fuck him.

The JSA needs more megacunt villainnesses so I'd like to see her return.

Peak Anti-Theism.

I feel like Triumph could've been a decent tragic JLA antihero/villain had writers not had an irrational hateboner for him.

His initial setup arc in Zero Hour was strong and Priest did a great job at making him endearing despite being a huge jackass. The problem is that he has no more arc beyond that and doesn't really fill any particular niche that the JLA needed. Morrison having him go full villain then being written out was a bit weak though

I don't know why they dropped his hateboner for Sandy in the modern era. It's one of his best qualities.

It's criminal that we never got a sequel to Wrath Child. I'd like to see a DickBats flashback arc where he and Damian go up against Wrath and Scorn

his powerset is also just genuinely rad of essentially creating a stand of a chad version of himself. Also Greg Weisman is still a coward for adapting him as just Simon Ecks and not the glorious full name and costume of Dr Double X.

Peak design, but from what I recall he barely stays the same person between stories so I don't know if you can really call him one villain.

Phantasm's problem is that his motivation is so narrow and his targets so few, he can't be used outside of that one story. You can't show him robbing a bank or holding innocent people hostage, he has no reason to do those things.
