Not really considering that Tip-Top Shape also shows Sissi in her underwear for many seconds. If one counts everything, the last time we see Sissi in her underwear (a little) is in Xana Awakens, the prequel and special of two episodes basically. Xana awakens aired after the second season, so, this is basically the last instance of Sissi in her undies...I don't think it's a coincidence that a lot of her body is covered with that red dress she isn't wearing (yet), it really feels more sanitized compared to previous scenes of Sissi in her underwear.

Can't really argue with this. Even at the time, there were already anime series where fanservice is frequent or in most episodes and the fact that the creators (Jérôme Mouscadet and the rest of the staff at the time I guess) dared to put a scene of Sissi in her undeerwear in the first episode...it's something that may give the impression that something like that will be more common when it's not the case, not really. The first two seasons are the seasons with the most moments of fanservice, for the most part.

After the first two seasons we get...Kadic Bombshell and an Aelita shower scene in the penultimate episode...I think that's it?
