Yes, 300M IIRC. It had a very troubled development even before the propaganda consultants got to poison the well and at one point was being designed so it could be scaled down to a tentative live service (this is still coming in SM3 because of course, it's also gonna be sold as two parts). That and Sony just was particularly lenient with AAA studios during those years which, if you're familiar with games at all, spells disaster.
