Feige didn't get dumber. What happened is that during Phase 1 and Phase 2, Feige's autism was held back by a combination of various directors' creative visions and input (both good and bad) from various Marvel producers and executives. These Phases might not have been perfect, but Feige didn't have too much control. Ike Perlmutter being removed is what led to Kevin reporting directly to the chair of Disney instead from then on. Phase 3 is where the push for diversity and inclusivity began.

When Phase 3 concluded, Feige was made CCO for everything Marvel, giving him more creative control than ever.

Ike was a shithead but he knew what made sense. Marvel should be marketing towards young boys rather than single women and the illusive "modern audience". Feige still won't listen to reason.

Correct, as the years went on everybody around Feige became yes men and didn't know how to criticize or inhibit his overambition anymore, especially not after he got promoted. If you notice, over time the directors for films stopped being creatives with a vision to just random dudes who can stand-in as the lead for show while Marvel Studios execs like Feige largely dictated everything. Look how we went from Jon Favreau and James Gunn to... Jon Watts? Peyton Reed? Or the duo who made Captain Marvel? MCU film directors just became people who managed things on set and not actual creatives with a plan and story they wanted to tell. You could tell a bunch of them were out of their depth, particularly when they were given more control for blockbusters like Eternals and couldn't stick the landing. Chloe Zhao is still a talented filmmaker but blockbusters is not what she excels in, but they thought they could pull another GOTG and have a bunch of big-name actors bring audiences to a film about C-listers.
I short, they ignored the vetting process and creative output from filmmakers as the MCU grew bigger and bigger and Feige had no one to tell him no, leading to the current mess.

Black Panther and Wonder Woman devs failed to copy Shadow of Mordor game despite at least 5 years of development according to leaks. Despite the fact that the devs, including the former because they were ex Monolith-WB, have worked on Shadow of Mordor before.

That's literally all they had to do. Blade has been in my top favorite movies ever since my dad showed it to me when I was in 1st grade. The bar was extremely low for a 2020s remake. All they had to do was a take a well-liked black actor, put him in a leather combat suit, equip him with a katana, and then rehire the Shang Chi fight coordinators, or hell, even the John Wick fight coordinators and then let him rip like a Beyblade. I can understand wanting to create a meaningful narrative behind a character that's commonly known for mindless action, but that should be subplot stuff.
