The only real way around collateral damage is not getting into business at all. School just trains you to be someone else's stooge, which can admittedly be nice and comfy specifically because you're responsible for relatively little. An MBA is just a middle management degree at best. Anh's problems go beyond a lack of knowledge or experience though. Even if her evil dad sincerely took her on directly as an apprentice, she's very mentally and emotionally unstable.
