This is a trick question, because any answer that anyone can give will be an episode someone has just thought about.

Yeah I'd probably chalk it up to an episode from Futurama's first season being the most forgettable. None of them are bad by any means, but they're so expository that some do get overshadowed by the stuff that came after. The character voices not being totally figured out yet could also be a reason why

Cryonic Woman, it's such a nothing episode. They devote an entire episode to Fry's old girlfriend and do nothing with it. She's a shitty girlfriend durr hurr. They don't build on it or expand on her character, it's basically just the original joke in the pilot where she leaves him but stretched out to a full episode

I quote Kissinger saying "What? What is funny?" if I hear people laughing at something.
I think about "This is the worst part, the calm before the battle." "And then the battle's not so bad?" "Oh yeah, I forgot about the battle (whimpers)"
and I think about on the commentary when John Dimaggio said an uncle of his watched the episode and told him "BALLS THOROUGHLY LICKED! I LOVED IT!"

Yeah. It's a great film if you're into low budget camp.
I think most episodes of Futurama are based on classic sci fi (and sometimes horror) films, shows, and books. The titles of the episodes are often nods to the source material.
That's one of the reasons Futurama was so good and Disenchantment was so fucking bad. The writers from Futurama were nerds for the genre and drew inspiration from their deep well of influences. Disenchantment had none of that level of nerdery so when they attempted to spoof the genre it felt superficial.

Even if the writers weren't big on reading the deep cuts, they could have at least spent a few weeks binge watching Sword & Sorcery films from the 80s. There are a lot of them and they're ripe for spoofing.

the one where he drank the fluid king, it was like the 2nd or 3rd episode and had no point besides trying to establish the episodic status quo structure and feel like an old sci-fi plot
