Rucka's rebirth run didn't bring back the clay origin, all it did was retcon away the amazons being rapist murderers by having Azz's Themyscira be a fake.
Robinson's run explicitly had her be Zeus' child, as he was having to follow up on Johns' dumped characters (Jason and Grail).
Orlando, bless his heart, really wanted to get rid of Diana and Donna's new 52 origins (especially Donna's), as he was on a mission to bring back a LOT of post crisis stuff, but wasn't allowed to.

Pretty much every storyline with Cyborg after Infinite Crisis is how was how he needed to stop babysitting whatever new batch of Titans popped up and should just join the JLA. Dickbat's League STARTED with his as a roster member, but then they used the stupid Cry for Justice miniseries to take him off, followed by three goddamn tie-ins and the New 52 reboot.
