Jimenez is retelling her origin for the Everything Is Canon era in this year's Titans Annual. It comes out next week. From what we saw in Donna's Tales of the Titans issue and the New History of the DCU mini, she's back to the original Wolfman origins, with the twist that it was Hippolyta not Diana who rescued her from the fire.
We're probably going to finally learn who Donna's dad is. It's probably one of the Titans. Hyperion, maybe. Or Coeus.

The Dark Angel stuff and then the Return of Donna Troy made it so Donna remembered living through all her origins, all these versions of her life and bluffed their way through the rest so they could keep her relationship to the Titans of Myth and the Titan Seeds. The Byrne origin was still the "current" origin.
