I saw the part where he goes through the same routine day in and day out as well as that one episode with the background fish going through his routine of his job as a kid and got redpilled on that being the rest of my life after school. No other cartoon like The Simpsons or some other adult show has quite distilled modern life and given a kid time to reevaluate or keep such a potent idea in the back of the head.
