I would do a full MCU reboot that takes place on Earth 828 that the new FF movie is. Go full escapism and reboot all the characters in the supershiny retrofuturistic movie-1960s. Basically a live action version of Alex Ross' Marvels covers.
>>149523118 (OP) Enough Avengers centric movies. Let's focus on X-men and Fantastic Four from now on. With just those too you can expand a lot into many different branches. Street level, magic, cosmic, etc etc

>>149523118 (OP) You want to reboot Cap and Iron Man? Haven't they been trying that for eight years now?
Wandavision demonstrated that literal whos can get traction if the content is novel. Fucking do that.

>>149526836 >Haven't they been trying that for eight years now? No, as a matter of fact, they have not. >Wandavision demonstrated that literal whos can get traction if the content is novel I don't see what Wandavision has to do with recasting major established characters whose actors that previously performed them are intrinsic to their appeal.

>>149523118 (OP) >How would you reboot them in the MCU? Simple. I wouldn't :)
>>149523118 (OP) They can play the roles of Iron Wheelchair and Captain Wrinkles. They will be forced to unretire cannonically It's a great addition for diversity to have two hobbled elderly cripples in the cast

>>149523118 (OP) Bad guy makes young clones of them and sets them lose on the world to do bad stuff. They break the mind control and become heroes. Friends and family give the clones their blessings to carry on the originals legacy. Clones obviously played by new actors.
