Ed Hannigan was one of the most underrated comics artists ever and arguably THE most underrated cover artist ever. Dude had an incredible sense for overall image composition. His run on Green Arrow still looks gorgeous to this day.

Art Adams was the best before he became too cartoony in the 90s.
His art has a sense of motion that others don't capture

Alan Davis was another goat, that Ivan Reis stole everything from.

Runaways had some nice Jo Chen covers

The MCU having so much recency bias in general is frankly upsetting. We skipped how many decades of stories to get to fucking civil war like it's some essential classic.

I really liked Pre Giant Sized X-men towards the end there. I can't help but wonder how things would have gone if it didn't land in reprint hell.
