Would his near-Viltrumite baby batter be compatible with her caviar?

Isn't it supposedly so pure and virile that everything is impregnatable, on top of the offspring being something like 99.99% Viltrumite?

Not every race is impregnatable, otherwise Earth wouldn't be so important to the Viltrumites. I think only 2 races were confirmed breedable; humans and those bug people. And the bugs produce weaker offspring than human hybrids.

Granted though, I don't think Nolan tried breeding with Atlanteans. So for all we know, Mark knocking up fish milkies here could result in a reality manipulating demi-god.

No, there are much more out there, for example the pink alien that has kids with Mark's little brother. Earth is important to the Viltrumites because human dna is most compatible with viltrumites, but they can have weaker half breeds with other species.

How would the story change if fish people were the perfect race with Viltrumites? Would Thragg just be jizzing on fish eggs for several weeks straight?

that qould require him to be on earth, which i dont think he was allowed to be, only the 6 viltrumites that are left where allowed to stay

The empire would ironically think him for this before while setting up the fish breeding ponds
