I still think Over the Hedge is one of the early DW films whose visuals have aged relatively well, but I'd also love to see T. Lewis's art translated to animation. Kinda reminds me of Chris Snaders's work

It's a sequel to the movie. The animals keep stealing from the humans for a year, and are apparently such menaces that the Verminator convinces every household to install extremely dangerous, intrusive security systems in their homes, and has brainwashed every other animal. He brainwashes Vincent, who agrees to help stop the Verminator after RJ snaps him out of it. They infiltrate Vermtech HQ after Heather is kidnapped and defeat the Verminator and his weird giant laser death machine thing.

They are good Zelda clones, the first 2 at least. Formula = magic lessons are dungeons, you obtain a spell which lets you escape the dungeon. 3 was beginning of a downfall, where looking like the movies became more important than good level design, and games became more linear and much easier. 4 I believe has some cool side objectives/collectibles (did not play, just read about it). 5 and 6 are padded with uninteresting side content and otherwise are generic EA movie games. 7 is the worst.

Play 1 and 2, consider 3 and 4, ignore the rest. 1 thing that the games gave us is great original score, which predates the movies, and thus predates John Williams' ideas.

Did you know it was the one made first? Made first for that console generation that is. The first book was made into a PS1 game, then the second one was made into a PS2 game, while PS1 got the obligatory "many kids are poor please understand" version of Chamber. Then the first game was remade for PS2 using the second game's engine and many assets.

>The game is split up into four different types of levels. Most of the levels are the platforming levels. Garfield and Odie have to maneuver through various environments and find some object before they can progress. It's just an extremely basic 2D platformer, but there is a fairly interesting twist. Garfield, being the fat lazy cat that he is, has to eat to keep his energy up. If the energy meter reaches zero, Garfield falls asleep and control switches to Odie, who has to run around and find one of the alarm clocks scattered around the level. It's a pretty interesting premise and is the only portion of the game that actually feels true to Garfield's character.

>Unfortunately the levels themselves are pretty plain, and the game actually repeats a couple of them. The rest of the game is extremely short. The riding and flying levels are the same thing and take all of a minute each to beat. The performance levels are really lame rhythm games with the touch screen. Terrible Midi music plays while an absurdly short animated gif of Garfield jerks around on the top screen.

>The game is not hard at all, but it is a kid's game. Still I beat the entire game in half an hour. That's not just easy, that's criminally short. I even died a few times, and read through the whole story. Let's say I'm a little kid and it takes me twice as long to beat the game. That's one freaking hour. That's not long enough to drive to my grandma's house, to play on a plane ride, or even wait in the doctor's office.

>There is a trophy case with challenges in the game. The challenges are ridiculous though. Things like "Get every piece of food in all the Exploring levels." So hey, if you have a kid that is obsessive compulsive they might play this game for hours and hours just to get a trophy that the game doesn't even alert you when you get.

I 100%ed the game, It's pretty damn chill

Speed Racer the movie is seizure-inducing visual vomit with even worse character writing and acting, based on a terrible adaption of a mediocre anime.
Speed Racer the game, on the other hand, is the F-Zero game that the Wii never got to have, with a surprisingly in-depth car-fu combat system and a full set of distinctive and fully voiced characters.
