Ultimate Alliance is a shallow game with 4 attack buttons, fighting games are a more expressive, you can do alot with extra Spider-people especially Miles since he has a zillion powers. Venom is a lock and he's just bigger a Spider-Man

Titanium Man would be cool since he could be a grappler counterpart to Iron-man's moveset with his projectiles focused on making openings or stunning. Also Mandarin's a given for being a potential cool fighting game character with the ten rings offering lot of options on top him being a skilled martial artist.

Given that Tony’s design in this game is heavily pulling from mecha series, I pray that they give Hank (or Scott, but I’d prefer Hank) some tokusatsu inspirations in his design and moveset. He has a Kamen Rider-esque belt that serves as the source of his power, and can grow to massive size like Ultraman, his kit practically designs itself from there.

I hate whenever people act like Ironman has a bad rogues gallery when the fact people can name at least 5 or more of them off the top of your head and that they are utilizable in cartoons or games shows the comics just actually need to do stuff with them. But getting back on topic yeah they'd work well for a fighting game though I'd rather have Constrictor as the playable whip on arm fighter then Whiplash or Omega Red personally. Also Ghost I think would be great as a fighter specially if leaned into him being a creepy weirdo with the claws and lethal use of the phasing powers.

I think we are friends now since super agreed on not liking the X-Men rogues. I'm fully biased but I generally think the Avengers and each member tends to have really great villains that should be used more prominently. Well, that's always been the case. X-Men and Spidey tend to get adapted more, so their villains are more visable.
Iron Man just specifically really suffers since the MCU barely adapted them and comic tubers prefer to talk about the alchoholism or his actions during Civil War.
X-Men villains can be alright. Problem is a being a villain/hero is almost a revolving door for them.

Yeah it's a massive shame since EMH plus Ironman Armoured Adventures showcased the strengths and viability of the villains but Disney doesn't have any great cartoon to keep that momentum or showcasing when the MCU fumbles the villains. Like EMH is why I was excited to see and then disappointed on how poorly Ultron, Baron Strucker and especially Kang were done. Anyway I absolutely do love your idea of having at least one villain rep for a major heroes rogues gallery.

Oh man that guy is perfect for tokusatsu and anime tropes. He has the look and his copying gimmick can be goofy or intimidating just like how his character is both. Goddamn he could have a cool design.
I can't help but wonder if Green Goblin would look like a Raimi design or something else.

Japanese Shocker?! Japanese Stilt Man?! Those guys are cool but man Marvel's overuse of guys in suits with a special gadget does kinda get boring with some of the villains but they can be made even cooler under a Japanese designer who specialize in tokusatsu or mecha.
Stilt Man as a ninja type looking outfit with the stilts being seen as bamboo ones because I think ninja have ran across bamboo in popular fiction/anime kinda fits with him.
Oh yeah and Silver Samurai and Spiral, at least one of them would be good in my book. Spiral preferably.
