Where do you see the animation industry going during the 2030s?

Do you see it going to greater heights, much more than 2010s/20s?,
or do you see it being just as bad if not worse than pic related?

At least they still made cartoons back then.

Depends on if all the boomer producers retire or just die so creatives can actually make shows again.
