Losing streak did you forget that Ralph Breaks the Internet made MORE money at the box office than the first film, right? I don't call that a losing streak. You can call it sacrificing brand for money but hey the tactic is working wonderfully. Look at the recent billion dollar success of Moana 2 and Lilo and Stitch Live Acton. The money is not wrong. You say losing and I say they are laughing all the way to the bank. A few failures like Snow White is because of making the films intentionally shitty but other shoddy soulless charmless productions like Inside Out 2 or live action Mufasa none of these shitty movies are failing. Disney is happy. Disney is in the money. Disney is giving you a middle finger because they know most of their customers are idiots.
Frankly if I were Disney I would be doing the same thing my policy would be "Never worry the customer the customer is always stupid!" And I would make that a Broadway style musical. A big song about insulting people for being stupid with their money and watch how they buy into it.
Relax dude the customer is stupid. That's it. And people deserve to be spammed with a much trash quality slop until their children die.
