I love how mustache-twirlingly evil they made this guy; I hope he really does show up again because he’s already the best antagonist FalCap has had in either the movies or the comics.

They should have revealed Sam and convinced Sidewinder to feign being taken away as part of an arrangement/contingency between them so Sidewinder would seem off the field so he could get in position to take Leader out by surprise for any big final plan.
It would have made the Cap characters seem more cunning even if they're not as resourced and smart as the Hulk villains. As is the two just got in each other's way to no benefit which doesn't leave a flattering impression.
