You ever think it's weird how rare it is to see chins in animation?

I think it's an unconscious blowback to the Hanna-Barbera "give everyone a well-defined chin or a collar" animation hack. You raise an entire generation on that, let them all come of age away of how lazy it was, and everyone subconsciously decided to revolt by leaving the neck smooth and unobstructed.

Hanna Barbera also didnt draw chins
Maybe some other ones but I'm not super familiar with more obscure shows

Of there's a chin it has tonmove when the character speaks. The more things gotta move the more money you're charged by the animation sweat shops in china
