On the other hand, The Terrifics worked for Stagg who functioned as a minor antagonist. The Justice Gang might be a bootleg Terrifics, swapping Phantom Girl and Plas for Hawkgirl and GL. In that case, Lord would be their asshole boss instead of Stagg.
