I think it's simply because it's just a man getting hype for once in movies while also being angry at the same time and that type of feeling of feeling immense relief while also still holding onto blinding motivation to destroy one's enemies which is done through simply punching a guy fast and hard. When women do it, it just comes across as ugly and lame because women are never going to be physically threatening and they don't sound cool when doing it.
Plus it's a villain in the movie that 4chan is kinda lukewarm about, destroying the heckin goodboy and even if this was the 2000's with Superman and Lex from TAS fighting, 4chan will still like Lex beating on Superman because 4chan is naturally cynical in some ways and we also like Dio who is a love to hate villain that is also really petty. I dunno maybe some of that is wrong.

It's cause Lex is, obviously, kind of super cringe. They even talk about it a bit, with him acknowledging that yes, this all comes from a place of pettiness. It's why he fucking cries when his name starts getting dragged through the mud when the usual way Lex is portrayed is he kind of doesn't give a shit about that. But in this one Lex is portrayed as being affected a lot more by this stuff.

In comparison, this Superman is also kind of cringe. He's way more dopey than people tend to write him as, only belatedly realizing his amusing Saturday morning cartoon interaction with a head of state might come across as immensely sinister in any other situation. Or him not realizing how goofy he's being trying to come up with his own soundbites or getting self conscious about reading social media.

It's a fun twist on the characters in concept that I'm not necessarily sure the movie managed to execute perfectly, but perhaps it's just such an unusual direction to take the characters despite not fundamentally changing much about them otherwise.

It's good because he's living through Ultraman. He can't physically beat Superman, no human can. Lex knew that because of his machinations between cloning Supes, getting through the fortress, and assembling his people to control Ultraman with his instructions, it's the closest he'll ever be to beating Superman himself. Channeling all his hate with every instance of "1A". The sheer bliss of knowing that he, a normal human, is about to beat an alien calling himself "Super"man is giving him life, as short lived as that feeling may be.

It's kinda like he's about to nut. A few more 1As and a couple more NumberLetter combos, and he can finally get rid of Superman.

The public reveal actually helps more considering that her revealing to the world that he's an alien from another planet has consistently been canon. For the public to learn that he's been on the planet for decades never once having tried to go through the proper paperwork of applying for asylum or anything like that would just help Lex spin perception in his favor.
As it is with a secret identity no one ever bothers to think that Superman has a day job.
