So what you'd like to see in a sequel? Obviously (and sadly) Doom is out of the picture, and given the right issue clusterfuck that was the movie deals, a lot of FF related material has already been used in other MCU projects:

Nova got put on hold after the reestructuring of Marvel Television. They confirmed they'll only commit to low-mid budget productions and leave big scale stories exclusively for movies. Perhaps they can introduce Annihilus in an FF sequel and follow that thread in the possible Nova film.

Given how they're resetting the timeline, they could use the new version of the universe to redo some characters that were done dirty. I know their main focus would be on recasting the heavy hitters, but they'd be given creative room to fix past mistakes. Super Skrull, Taskmaster, Mandarin, you name it.
