Western Animation is rarely for kids, so there's not going to be a cheesy gun-toting chick action movie. As for comics there's gotta be tons but the issue is generally that most comics that aren't capeshit will be on the obscure side. Then whether or not something like Black Widow or the other action girls counts is up to you.
