The book is open halfway, and as everyone knows, the middle chapter is "Snares of Seduction: Using Your Wit and Whiskers." Clearly, Cassandra is hoping to tie up Slylock and his companions while she goes out to commit a heist, using her wand to vibrate open the display case.

But I'm afraid you miss a rather important clue that's staring you in the face as we speak. That's right, That doll of that feline of felonies Catwoman! Included with those African drums were several small statues, including a black panther with emeralds eyes and a fascinating history.

No doubt that doll was a sign of two thieves friendship having pilfered those priceless peculiar pieces in partership and a check with the museum will lead us to finding near perfect fakes in their place.
