Some of you idiots continue to use buzzwords you hear or see where you clearly have no idea of their actual or true meaning.

As for the Eisners, like many such and similar swards across any entertainment industry, some were made on merit, some were clearly (or even publicly given) because 'it was time' or 'so and so was due,' and some were politics/bureaucracy or other BS but only people like Jane and Henry Fonda or the Romitas or the Kuberts are situations were 'nepotism' is an actual word that can be applied.

And those would be rare circumstances.
