this is literally the perfect middle ground, the perfect balance between pre-TDKR golden/silver age campy Batman and the post-TDKR edgy Burton version. no other adaptation of Batman, not even TAS or any of the cartoons, TV shows, or movies has been able to achieve this perfect blend of campy and gothic energy.
