I want to hear what the gen-alpha has to say about the old Hannah Barbera Tom & Jerry. I already know what the gen-Zombies from young to old gen-Zombies had to say about it.
>What did they say about it?
That it was rat propaganda. That Tom was the good guy and Jerry was the bad guy, despite Jerry being a mouse, not a rat and despite the show clearly painting Jerry as the good guy, this isn't Itchy & Scratchy or Bugs Bunny gen-Zers are retarded like that and are obvious seething bad guys, except Tom isn't delusional like them. Gen-Zombies lack identity , they don't know where they stand beyond "I'm a Daffy Duck guy, not a Bugs Bunny guy".

I don't know about that weird schizo rant at the end but I liked Tom and Jerry.

It's sad that wartime mickey mouse cartoons aren't this widespread because that era of Disney animation was the smoothest humanity's ever done.

Zoomers just outgrew Tom & Jerry and can't stop associating jews & politics with everything. They can't stop and smell the roses since they don't go outside and they don't have roses where they're from.
The episodes I enjoyed the most out of Tom & Jerry were the ones involving a lot of interaction with the background. A lot of props and asset usages, so I enjoyed every banquet episode.
I enjoyed the piano episode a lot more. The Bugs Bunny one was bad even by Looney Tunes standards. The Gremlin episode with Bugs was far funnier than the piano one.
Let's see about Tom & Jerry... there was the ice skating episode where Jerry & Nibbles freeze the entire kitchen by using the fridge.
There were like 10+ episodes all involving Thanksgiving banquet or similar. You could put them in a compilation and watch them back to back like I did with the Simpsons Sideshow Bob episodes.
Even the crappy Dietrich and Chuck Jones version had some acceptable episodes whenever they interacted with the background like the cheese one where Tom practically wins but he takes pity on him. Once again just like the pier episode I do not enjoy musical episodes too much unless the music evokes something energetic, badass or relaxing, while the pier one and the cheese one was kinda depressing and frilly, respectively.
But my most favourite one was definitely the christmas ones, especially the Jasper version of Tom, I think that one had the best background interaction even better than the Thanksgiving one with Nibbles where it ends up in an explosion. Anything involving a banquet were great episodes, but the Christmas one involving the train, christmas tree, etc. was hands down the best if you want start off with the definitive Tom & Jerry show.

I mean, they created Tom and Jerry. I can see how you'd be confused he was talking about the company, not the era they helmed.

>hey guys what do you think of Popeye? Also I fucking hate Gen Z, why do they have to get their hair cut like that? Is it because they're all soulless automatons? Every time I open youtube there's another Gen Z retard in a Hawaiian shirt holding a tiny microphone rambling about late stage capitalism. I don't think they'd like Popeye.

Jerry Apologia has been around since the Simpson started causting people to conflate what goes on in an average Tom and Jerry episode with Itchy and Scratchy.
Back in 2010 or so It was really popular to side with Tom here due to the "Mouseketeer" episodes when he was working for a Cardinal type who had him executed at the end of an episode.

People were calling Jerry the bad guy before Gen Z was even born, Itchy and Scratchy was literally created because of it for example

The Deitch cartoons had better music, at least.
