it's a webcomic. in fact the reason they turned the comic into a kidlit graphic novel series is because they were unsuccessful with turning it into a newspaper comic or a tv series for 20 years, despite the fact bob scott has experience working in both industries. He worked on the U.S Acres comic strip and the new Garfield Movie and a lot of WB and Disney stuff.
