Yeah, this season feels really slow and like it is spinning its wheels. Season 1 was a superhero show that gave time to Chris's traumas and emotions, but season 2 is about Chris's traumas where they occasionally veer into being a superhero show. Chris was only in costume for the Justice Gang interview in episode 1, alt-Chris was only in costume for the fight in episode 1 and dismemberment scene in episode 2, and Vigilante hasn't been in costume all season. Judomaster was in costume more in his brief appearances these last 2 episodes than any of the main cast. The balance of the whole season feels off. Hopefully things pick up in the back half of the season.

man, what a waste of an episode, they basically do nothing for the first 25 minutes and then the plot starts to move at the last 10. I thought it was really interesting how Peacemaker responded with "it's complicated" to Adebayo asking him about how Auggie made all the tech I wish they used this episode to explore Peacemaker, Keith and Auggie's dynamics growing up

It's obvious that Peacemaker being filmed at the same time that Superman hurted the writting and direction. This season fills like netflix slop with a glacial pace so the audience can scroll on their phones.

S1 and S2 both built up the big thing at the end but S1 had fun wacky adventures every episode that made each stand on their own. In S2 everyone’s unemployed and just fucking around while Chris is exploring this new universe, it’s pretty tame compared to what we got before.
