Animation is expensive and animation for an action show is more expensive, it used to be that they would offset the extra budget with toy sales, but supposedly kids don't buy toys anymore, they just play with smart phones and tablets. Honestly I'd happily take this even with the poochy. I can't imagine anything being worse than the sequels to the original series we actually got. Unless the poochy is astronomically bad. Are there any fan projects you’re excited about. There’s a Ben 10/cartoon YouTuber, Danboywonder, doing his own Ben 10 fan comic. He’s calling it Absolute Ben 10 since he’s doing it in the style of DC’s Absolute Universe. I think it looks pretty cool

Ben 10 back in the day had some roots in retro toyline traditions like how the action figures came with collectible cards which I don't recall being as common anymore by then, said cards were circular in shape so they basically brought back Pogs and made them cool again, new episodes premiered on Saturday mornings when that wasn't as fashionable anymore, etc., so my thing aims to imagine if Ben 10 had a "sister show" like how He-Man had She-Ra, Barbie had G.I Joe, Polly Pocket had Mighty Max, Treasure Trolls had Stone Protectors etc.

Instead of turning into aliens she's an artist who finds a magic device that scanned her sketchbook so she can turn into her OCs. Sorta like how making up your own aliens was always such a big part of Ben 10 fandom, this would basically encourage the audience to do that in an affectionate parody of late 2000s DeviantArt culture. So one of her transformations would be an overdesigned "sparkledog" fursona, one would be an edgy reaper with her eyes covered, one would be a blatant expie of a video game character, one would be some fantasy creature, etc.

Okay, here's how you make a new Benny Tenny show. Instead of Ben, Gwen, and Grampa being JUST on summer vacation, you instead have them on the run once Ben gets the Omnitrix. They're running from aliens and the law and some weird M.I.B.-type of groups like your reimagined plumbers and forever knights. Then, take the premise from Secret of the Omnitrix, where the watch is slowly ticking down if they don't get it off of him.

Next, change the concept of how the Omnitrix works since this shit's a reimagining. It might not even be called an Omnitrix. It's a reboot, don'tcha know? Instead, the watch is connected to an interdimensional space that was created during some cosmic clash in the universe between a Vilgax and/or other forces. Consequently, a plethora of aliens were trapped in the null void. The omnitrix was invented to bring certain species out through a host (the wearer) for study and other purposes that could be explored if I was writing an actual pitch bible (which, honestly, I fuckin' ought to) instead of chimposting on a thread for benny-boys.

Grandpa Max and his involvement with the plumbers could be a fun dynamic since you could make the audiences think he's going to have the same reveal to his grandkids as he had in the original series, but instead make it so that he seems genuinely befuddled by the plumbers and doesn't know them. Then, you have it revealed later on that, actually, HE WAS a plumber-- they just erased his memories ala M.I.B., because WHY WOULDN'T THEY? Makes for more fun, but also allows us to use some of Max's resources.

Then, lastly, rather than the watch blowing up, it'll open the entire null void and bring all the crazy aliens out with it, causing chaos.

2. Big Chill - flyer + ice powers + intangibility and invisibility
3. Swampfire - fire + plant powers plus regeneration
4. Four Arms - strength alien
5. Amphibian - underwater alien, can also fly
6. Grey Matter - intelligence, plus small size can also be useful
7. Diamondhead - very versatile plus also another powerhouse
8. Upgrade - also very useful in most scenarios
9. Echo Echo - duplication powers
10. Lodestar - magnetism

Brainstorm is more about literal and straightforward thinking. Coming up with the most optimal way of solving any given problem. A strategist and analytical type and no out of the box thinking just pure logic

Juryrigg is super intelligence but hyper fixated on engineering and things like that. He can build anything… but that’s really all he can do

Frankenstrike is the only one I can’t think of. That and Upgrade if we count him as a “smart” alien with my thinking being a passive version of Juryrigg since Ben doesn’t seem to know how to uprgrade stuff he just does

Shoot there was another one I saw on Instagram but I can’t remember the name. It’s about Ken and Devlin joining the Plumbers. There’s also “A League of My Own” which is a crossover with the DCAU. Instead of a multiverse scenario it’s a world where Ben and the DC characters live in the same world.

I like that version of Kevin so I wouldn't be opposed. CN trying to pander to babies is over with Cartoonito and their preschool branch closing down, so it wouldn't make the same mistake the previous iteration did. Making a timeskip so they're teens would also sorta work as a soft reboot of Ben 10 as a whole, as not a lot happened in the reboot for a sequel series to be too complicated.
But I am fairly certain we will see a new Ben 10 instead of anything involving that reboot, CN has clearly stopped with those, realizing only TTGO! is making any money.
