It's a show with decent enough writing that the parents of the kids who watch it don't actually mind sitting and watching it for 7 minutes. Which is more than one can say for most of the mindless drivel that's churned out at the kid demographic.

If my kids want to watch an episode of Teen Titans Go, I'm leaving the room while they watch. If they want to watch an episode of Bluey, I'll actually stick around and watch with them and answer their questions as we watch.

The show's just pleasant enough (and relatable enough) for parents to enjoy. It ain't rocket science.

Because it's partially aimed at parents. One of the goals of the creator was to make a show that would appeal to preschoolers without making parents want to kill themselves, and in my opinion it's the truest 'family' show around because it is genuinely real despite the cast being brick dogs. As such, the dialogue comes across in a naturalistic way, with adult characters not being dumbed down or even particularly sanitised, and there's plenty of cultural references and in-jokes that'll sail right over the heads of the youngins while getting a giggle out of adult viewers.

I only see it when I visit my friends with kids, but at least for parents I see why they like it. It's clearly got some kind of secret sauce that makes for a show that kids love that also doesn't normalize being a sociopathic little shit goblin. The parents are people, and their feelings matter in the show, the kids and their feelings matter, and sometimes they have conflict, and resolving that conflict is honestly more detailed and robustly told in 11 minutes than in hugslop like Steven Universe.

It is kind of like the pony show in that I cannot really tell you what it has that is so much better than some other well done kids shows. But it fucking grabs kids, and if you're a parent, you don't hate this show for doing it.

Here's the following reasons:

Furries: They like absolutely everything with animals in it. Once Chili shakes her ass and Bandit acts gay, they are on it. Then they draw the characters in a creepy ass Disney style with a more human anatomy so they look like naked freaks. I hate it.

Parents: Actual parents watching it with their kids and enjoying some of the humor aimed at adults, made by the adult characters. Which is actually quite funny and wholesome. Generally, I like that its a show that can be watched by parents and kids without getting the shit annoyed out of them... Paw Patrol.

Pedos: I mean, obviously. Its even creepier thinking that porn artist watch this show with their kids. Its the perfect cartoon for really lazy artists too since the characters are just like... friggin blocks.

HOWEVER, I gotta say, most fanart looks like ass drawn by unmoderated 8 year olds, so I don't think the adult fan base is that large.
