He was 54 in Conviction where he goes rogue, but his look was noticeably de-grizzled to be more sexified.

By the time of Blacklist the devs soft rebooted the character. Technically he's still the same guy by not voiced by Michael Ironside and looks even younger than in Conviction.

We'll be fine, this show should just go.
These cartoons are made for casual viewers and normies. My friend, who worked about 12 hours split between two shifts (night shift and afternoon shift), only had time to watch this kind of thing. So if you're a tired wage slave and don't have the energy for anything else, this kind of crap you can binge on Netflix is what you have to do before passing out for your next shift. He's a Simracer/Car nut, so he would never play any of the Splinter Cell, Castlevania, DMC, or Tomb Raider games. But for me, a show like this needs someone with vision, not someone who is exactly “faithful” to the original. I loved that Tomb Raider Peter Chung series.

I'm an accountant and I would never watch this absolute garbage, though that's probably also because I actually played all the Splinter Cell games back when the series was relevant.
But you are right, your average cartoon these days is basically like an isekai anime; garbage made for tired wageslaves to come home and turn their brain off and put on in the background while they browse tiktok, which is why I don't really watch many cartoons these days.
