Someone on /tv/ said their new episodes are lacking. So I figured I could help. Run-time aside, the less you say than necessary, the more you avoid ruining your plans for future episodes.
1. A Triceratops humanoid perfectionistic lab engineer named Dr. Dink struggles to find his inner voice of being an oboe player while making ends meet. So he calls up Charlie and Pim to help him out, similar to Professor Psychotic. On the side, Alan, Glep, and Mr. Boss fight the crazed old man from the basement of the Smiling Friends building from the first episode of the new season. In an experiment gone wrong, Dink accidentally puts Charlie and Pim's lives in danger, which puts their friendship to the test and almost causes a client to fail. In spite of this, they managed to come out on top and everyone learns that living your life the way you want to live it is the most important thing that can happen to you.
2. A blue goblin (similar to Dragon Ball's garlic Jr.) Black hat data scientist is fired after making a racist critique (though it wouldn't explicitly be related to anything political or IRL, just anything that reads "If I wanted to be able to reach an equilibrium with black people, I'd go to my nearest waffle house"). Charlie and Alan are requested this time instead of the usual Charlie and Pim. But little do they know they also become unwitting pawns in the Goblin hacker's scheme to get back against his company that he worked for. Mr. Boss is on sabbatical this episode, leaving Pim as the interim manager and Glep to deal with his workload of hiring new and possible Smiling Friends recruits and candidates (think of the King of the Hill episode where Hank hires a druggie over Mario Montalvo). Ultimately, the theme of this episode would be that freedom is not free. You have to stand up for your rights.
3. Charlie and Pim help a car-eating addicted Pac Man-like running rampant through the streets. Following court, they weigh on footing the bill.
