>In a lengthy statement released Tuesday morning, Warner Bros. Discovery said that it was considering a variety of deals, including a sale of the entire company or a spinoff of some of its assets, in response to interest from possible buyers.

Disney would only buy Warner and then further waste billions making bad ideas which could lead to the death of Disney itself as the Jews want. Jews within Disney want to kill the company.

There is no reports of Disney interest and they are pretty much 0% going for it so it will not be them
It’ll be either Amazon, Paramount, Comcast, or Netflix, with a further reach for Apple

Wouldn't be Paramount. They just finished a merger with Skydance. Comcast is getting too fat on Disney money and its franchises doing well.

They just spent a lot of money, and they have not seen good returns on their past few purchases, and their film outlook had been bad for the last several years, and the parks just had to raise prices last week.

Yes, and Disney is significantly worse off in 2025 than they were 6 years ago. They did not even have the complete funds for Fox at the time. They had to make some stock share fuckery to complete the purchase back then.

>Disney already has their own IP, content, and streaming service to justify grabbing another major film studio

>Netflix could but already stated that they have no interest in buying anything

>Amazon is potentially able to acquire but would run into legal trouble and already has their own film studio MGM

>Comcast is still in the process of splitting with their cable businesses so they're not going to buy the whole studio

>Apple rarely buys anything these days

>Only Paramount has the unique advantages of being backed by a tech multibillionaire and are unencumbered by legal hurdles thanks to playing favorites with the current administration

Face it. This is Ellison's game to win and all the other players are losing, and those that haven't, have already folded.

>worse case scenario

Realistically? If Netflix gets them. They'll pull out of theatrical releases altogether and shove all the major releases on their platform. It'd be a huge boon for them and further entrench their positions. It'd be a death knell for an already weakened film industry.

Worst case is Netflix because they're going to put all those movies under their streamer which is going to further destroy theaters
2nd worst is Paramount-Skydance because they already have a big enough studio and will just turn WB into another zionist outlet like CBS and TikTok
Best case is either Apple or Amazon. Both already have a good relationship with Warners and aren't major studios gobbling a competitor, meaning we would still have 5 major film studios instead of 4 if Paramount or Netflix buys WB

Don't forget:

>Disney has around 42 billion in total debt
>Comcast has an eyewatering 101 fucking billion in total debt and they're still busy unloading most of that on their cable network business they're splitting off jesus christ

Take those 2 companies out of the picture and you'll realise it's only Netflix, Amazon, and Apple that could buy them but have shown zero signs or interest that implies they'd go for it. Only Paramount has what it takes.

Amazon, Netflix and Apple will continue as usual, they don't want to have to deal with cable assets and the parks. They will be just fine. The 3 major streaming services will eventually be Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV, they have the capital to spend.

Comcast and Disney are fucked because they ruined all of their IP and ran it into the ground. They will maybe survive due to their parks/technology packages. Also Disney+ and Peacock fucking suck balls. They have like no good originals. Plus Disney is folding Hulu.

Paramount has the highest rate of winning against everyone if they can buy all of WB and merge Paramount+ and HBO Max together into a better service. However they are neither A) a tech giant or B) have parks/services

I think there will be 5 streaming services by the end. You'll have Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV, and then there will be Disney+ and Paramount/HBO. Disney+ will still be the funniest loser in all of this at #5. Comcast will eventually shut down Peacock and move their shit to either Netflix or Paramount/HBO because no one has that shit.
Anonymous No.150940365 [Report]
>>150940325
Anon, Comcast can't get them. They're still in a fuckton of debt, and they're trying to dump it all on their declining cable assets. The spin-off isn't going to be done until early of next year. Paramount's already made the leap to buy WB wholesale which puts Comcast in a weaker position.

Also, Trump fucking hates Comcast. There's just too many headwinds going against them.
Anonymous No.150940399 [Report] >>150940441
>>150940351
Paramount's not a tech giant, but they're backed by one anyway. The only reason they're not doing that hog-wild is because they don't want to have it drawn-out like what happened when Skydance initially bought them and needed to pay the administration up for a lawsuit settlement. They have more advantages in their favor than the rest do. It wouldn't surprise me if the only reason it's taking this long is because Ellison is directly talking to Trump to make a deal to tell him to stop any other company from buying WB.

He'll get what he wants. They rejected the initial offer but his dad is fucking loaded, if they want $30/share they'll get it. I'd rather it go to him then fucking Bob Iger or Comcast, they don't seem to know how to make good anything. Paramount and Warner still make good shit from time to time. If Paramount doesn't get it I hope it goes to Apple, because it seems like they actually give a damn about making good TV at least. Netflix sucks balls as much as Disney does.

Okay, but what do you think Paramount would DO with any Warner IPs should they buy them?
Anonymous No.150940626 [Report] >>150940698
>>150940550
Easy. They'll restructure the businesses. And maybe continue with Zaslav's plan to spinoff the cable networks for both companies to make up for the money lost during the acquisition. They'll merge HBO Max with Paramount+ to boost their flailing numbers. They'll still keep Gunn's plans for DC intact, but they'll definitely merge the billion-dollar franchises of Garfield and TMNT respectively into DC to make the entire studio even more lucrative.

I dunno what they plan to do with WB Games though.

First thing is they would combine Paramount Plus and HBO Max for a large streaming service. This is also what Comcast wants to do, and Apple and Amazon probably would too
Then they would have continued theatrical plans for Warner IPs and DC. It would largely be business as usual even if they are now Warner Paramount

Garfield and TMNT are comic book properties. They'd be no different from when DC acquired the comics publishers of Quality (Plastic Man), Fawcett (Shazam/Captain Marvel), Charlton (Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Peacemaker, etc.), and WildStorm (Midnighter, Grifter, Mr. Majestic, etc.). That's just how DC works nowadays.

They're not exactly shy about it either.

Paramount's consistently a bum horse. Despite gold mines like Nickelodeon, South Park, and Star Trek, every CEO on their payroll is a complete idiot that mishandles everything. Ellison might as well be Elon buying Twitter, or Murdoch buying up IGN and Tiktok.
Anonymous No.150941000 [Report]
>>150940956
I didn't say that Paramount would be successful from buying them. Just that they'd have the most success in actually buying them outright. It's still a question on whether they'd still be able to make a profit to justify the whole thing considering how keen Ellison is in getting there first.

Garfield is admittedly harder mostly because he's not exactly a comic book IP as he's technically a comic strip character. I'd imagine they'd merge him with DC either way to reduce any friction between synergizing their comic IPs.
