because the industry is ran by white liberals, specifically emasculated men who hate themselves and misandrist women who dehumanize non-white men by infantilizing/emasculating them and effectively inventing an image of what they SHOULD look like in their heads that isn't grounded in reality because they don't interact with ordinary non-white men
you can't have the black guy be masculine because that would piss off conservatives if they saw a macho black guy with a white chick (how dare they steal our women), and that would piss off liberals because they'd either go full mask off racist or claim that it paints black men negatively
you can't make the white girl be overtly feminine/submissive/docile/lacking vitality (note how the examples have the woman have some kind of masculine-leaning ego) because that would earn you the rage of liberal white feminists who screech at seeing women be emotionally vulnerable and traditionally effeminate, and it would piss off conservative white people
so we're stuck with this
it really sucks in the case of Jimmy because Jimmy's boyish-effeminate nature existed BEFORE he got race swapped, and it only looks racist because the entertainment industry has always had a horrible habit of making the black sidekick/nerdy best friend flamboyant/docile/harmless (Urkel and his consequences) which itself was a response to the "violent super-predator" perception of black men in the 80s and 90s...and it looks worse because Kara is now an aggressive white woman
