Platter is her name (based on the “Luann Platter” at a Texas chain whose name I can’t be bothered to Google).
She was left out because Brittany Murphy is dead, and never mentioned because who knows (I get the impression Judge doesn’t like the character, who was Daniels’ idea, but proof have I none).

Part of me hates this practice, the show must go on and all actors replaced if necessary.
But then again this show actually ended in a high note and while I like the revival I can understand Mike not wanting to touch that while still keeping Dale since he was at times the soul of this show.
I dread if they remove Dale instead of just use the new guy.

Hank takes his title as King of the Hill very seriously. To risk losing that over some thicc stacked prime 19-year-old bombshell would go against his better judgment. Not everyone is strong enough to resist, but Hank certainly is.
