Grim Tales has a continuation, it's called Afterbirth, and it's set 7-8 years after the original. Then after that ended a few years pass and Bleed went back to making grim tales, as in the original version. If you're talking about Afterbirth, Afterbirth was the original continuation of Grim Tales that Bleedman made after it initially ended in 2009 but then he sorta just scrapped Afterbirth's canon status after finishing it.
