Can't remember but that sounds like something Bill would do. Either way Luanne did get married in the show and her voice actress as well as her husband's voice actor both died in real life. Pic-related is the biggest reference we got to them in the new season so it's kind of up in the air what happened to them. Maybe they died in the show as well, maybe they just moved somewhere else. We don't really know and I don't think the showrunners want to get into details about it.
