Last time on Powerpuff Girls GT: Him's daughter Mimi broke into Castle Grimskull and got a face full of flashback. One tragic backstory later, Mimi is now Junior's pet and no longer has her powers. Will the plot thread of said powers liking Mini every be picked up? Probably not. Anyway, after ANOTHER flashback chapter that was disconnected from the main story we are now here.

I just wish we got to see where the fuck her plot would actually go since like even with the extra 100 pages to go with the comic she still never gets even close to ending up near the main plot.
Like I just want to know what on earth her relationship with the other characters will be. Will she hate Minnie and Junior? Will she want to fuck both or either of them? Will her lesbianism be the solution to Minnie's cuck arc? Is this a "Negal the Third scores" ending?
If they actually had her in the actual plot I could give the annoying lesbian shit a pass but the fact that from her being introduced to the most recent page is longer than the entirety of the original grim tales arc is just bad.

I do find the idea of the Grim Reaper going against their creators for the sake of taking back the right to live interesting.

What gets me though is that ol' Earl is meant to be not just Grim's old man but fuckin' Jack Skellington's too. They look nothin' like the guy outside of being skeletons.

Grim marries Mandy. Mandy wants to rule all the various levels of the after life. To build an army she has kids with various powerful monsters to have monster kid soldiers. One is Grims, sort of, as an aborted baby of unknown father, Nurgal jr to make her daughter, and lastly Evil Danny Phantom who in a no longer canon to my knowledge followup twin ghost kids.

Nurgal jr daughter is in love with her half brother but was then sort of ignored and her personality was retconned from goody goody to her name sake of mini evil Mandy. Grims son got her nergal powers, but she took them back. Grims father the edgiest of grim reapers was going to pull a hyperbolic time chamber training arc, probably, but then the comic went on basically abandoned status.

Oh and Him from PPGs had a kid and Akus kid is madly in love with her. Their plotline is filler IMO.

Afterbirth, the followup you mentioned, is indeed no longer canon. Which to me makes no sense cuz almost everything in the comic so far could have been put into being after Afterbirth. But Griddles WAS kicked off in favor of NeoEdensKing who is a big part in why everything's so fucked up in terms of pacing and such, so....

Anyway I've been wondering. Since Mandy's got the Omnitrix locked up in her little trophy room, why hasn't Vilgax come knocking on her door?

I still wonder why Clockwork didn't just pluck Danny from a point in the past instead of using Dark Danny. I get that Dark Danny is what Bleed and co. wanted but this comic just has me asking questions like the Vilgax one I brought up

Kevin's a mutant amalgamation of ten alien creatures from the energy of one of the most POWERFUL PIECES OF ALIEN TECHNOLOGY IN THE UNIVERSE THAT IS JUST SITTING IN MANDY'S VAULT and he's got the same name as some douchebag from a cul-de-sac and a sea cucumber.

But this is the same guy who with full pride and confidence said "I've got all your powers plus my own. I'M KEVIN 11!" so you really do gotta wonder why he even gives a shit when he can probably kill almost everyone in that bar.

Knowing Clockwork though it must be more him deliberately choosing to not intervene as much, or that things in the Ghost Zone changed drastically in the time between whatever the traitor to the heroes did and now that even the omniscient Clockwork can only really focus on present affairs and the future while being locked out of the past and any timelines that aren't within the proverbial bubble of the "dark" timeline.

Well, Mini Mandy becoming more like her mom is not quite a retcon and more Mini Mandy reacting to the fact that her brother didn't reciprocate her feelings towards her and, in fact, seems to be interested in Him's daughter that is now stuck in Grim's castle for reasons.

The whole premise of the comic[after the initial six chapters at least]is based on it being a timeline of PPGD where things went to hell in a nitro-powered shopping cart breaking the sound barrier on a downhill slope, yeah, with an as-of-now to my knowledge still unknown traitor having shot Megaville and the world's heroes in the back which allowed Him to wreck shop. Other villains definitely must have joined him because Aku wouldn't have missed the chance to kill Jack himself at the time, but all we've seen so far was Him taking out the remnants solo with it also being known that Mandy basically sat that war out with cold detachment when she could have helped the remaining heroes, but didn't because this comic is making her even more of a bitch than even her canon counterpart from the cartoon.

One thing this comic seemingly does well in concept is the tidbits of lore regarding what happened prior and such. Stuff that gets ya thinking. Only for it to be brought down by the pacing being shit and how the main plot is pushed to the side for stuff like what Chi's doing.

Just as easily it gets you asking questions that actively shoot holes in areas.
