K-Pop Demon Hunters is cancer, it's not that different from a Disney Channel slop film like Descendants or Zombies with its shitty music and how much it desperately panders towards little girls. It's also about a corporate ass music genre and is geared towards 12 year old girls who love K-Pop and anime, it's pandering slop embodied, and when did we as a society like K-Pop all of the sudden? Everyone on the internet rightfully hated that garbage ass genre of "music" 4 years ago, but I guess normalfags like it all of the sudden to be willingly glazing this slop film and to be showing their kids this shit. It's funny cause there's no reason for this film to be animated in the first place, and if this film wasn't animated, it would've been rightfully panned, just like Descendants and Zombies, the slop films that it's on the same level of quality as. I feel like I'm the one normal person surrounded by a bunch of drooling retards for everyone else to be willingly watching this slop. I'm not even gonna get into the possible influence this garbage will have on the animation industry, we'll get more fakime that tries to superficially replicate anime as if we don't have enough of that shit already and even more shitty musicals geared towards little girls, this film is normalizing this kind of trash.

I'm just so glad that this film won't come out until 4 years later, hopefully by then people would've forgotten all about this junk and realized how cancerous it truly was.

the movie's ending felt very definitive and has insane prequel potential with the previous hunter generations and all, but i'm guessing the odds of a prequel are pretty much zero because the girls have become too marketable to discard.
