if you want to render something privately - bearing in mind if it's illegal shit you're gonna get caught using someone else's machines - there are lots of places that'll do that for consumer-level costs, but if you wanted a feature-length 4k render you wouldn't use them, you'd use a commercial service
from fractions of a cent per GHz-hour, but how many frames you can produce per GHz-hour and how quickly you want them produced is the issue (as in, do you want the whole thing to be done asap, using every machine the farm has - big cost - or can you wait - small cost)
good luck booking a commercial render farm for a private project tho, you might get a spot in 2029 if you start now, maybe earlier if you've got files ready to render and someone cancels
