Its a shame that the most versatile ability that covers a lot of fetishes didnt got enough quality art. These gems are realy rare around the internet even with famous characters like Elastigirl, Monkey D Luffy and Mr. Fantastic. And somehow so toxic. God bless the artists who keep making such rare a good art and anyone who is not screeching about elasticity popping up in AI or positions got stoled. The more the better. As a suggestion, what if someone started an Elastic Thread on /aco/, and ran them concurrently with links in the OP post to the other one? That way they’re both connected (but still seperated by board, as to follow the rules), while also giving people a place to post western elastic art.

I've never actually seen One Piece, but I like the concept that the rubber powers represent freedom from convention, as if he's the ultimate cartoon. Personally I've always felt elasticity correlated to wackiness, but recently I've found that idea's not as universal as I thought, at least with rubber characters in media. Though of course, there's many different things it can represent for people.

This character Katsuya Shirogane's really appealing to me, though. Do share more info/images about him if you have any.

On the idea, I'm actually really tempted to just start an /aco/ thread right now and try the idea out. My only worry is if it'd give /d/ mods the "ok" to go heavier on the bans on western images in this thread, cause I don't want to accidentally ruin this thread. But I might just be overly worried about nothing.

Katsuya Shirogane also gets called the Rubber Gimp, he is one of the villains of Speed Grapher and is very malleable. It's not too long, I'd recommend it.
I doubt the mods would care if there was an /aco/ thread, as long as the images here aren't western.

I like how in this one you can almost sorta feel the rubber/clay. Part of the appeal for me is in imagining how a rubber person would feel like to the touch. (Or alternatively, what it'd feel like to have rubber powers and pull on your own skin.)

i was thinking about making one of these. The "malleability" stat seems to basically just be viscosity, but I would split it out into more geometric terms:
0. 1. 2. are same
3. Homeomorphism - any shape, as long as you dont add or remove holes
4. shapeshifter - any shape, as long as its 1 shape
5. clay - can be split up into separate pieces. separated pieces have -1 control
heat bane increases this by 1
