if her weight limit is exactly her own body weight, she won't be able to wear clothes. though that would be a fun limitation too because it means she can't freely fly in public, and will spend her time at home naked for purely practical reasons.
make the limit a bit more generous/nebulous, and she'll just have a preference for lighter clothing, and will be able to manipulate some things without landing, at which point she's baisically not even disabled in any way, she's straight up more capable than you are with your meat tentacles. i'd imagine tele-quads like that would be in huge demand in many industries, especially ones handling dangerous stuff, or in medical field handling delicate patients like burn victims.
also, 3 meter range is very generous. you don't have a 3 meter range.
flight only vs telekinesis vs enough telekinesis to fly is a fun thing to consider for quads in general. there's a lot of interesting nuance to all three.
