I always think about this when watching sci-fi where the aliens are humanoid, but have non-human facial features. Vulcans must be pointy down there. Klingons must be ridged down there. Mun must be long and thin down there. Twi'lek have two of everything. Etc.
There was that one episode of Star Trek where you see a Cardassian female with a low-cut dress so you can see her upper chest and she has chest ridges that meet in a central chest spoon. The only obvious thing that comes to mind is that Scarrans sometime rape Sebacians, so they are definitely turned on by the human form.
