After doing some research, the text on the sign appears to be an abbreviation for a catchphrase of Koharu, another character from Blue Archive. I think it might be read as "edashi," representing certain words from the phrase, namely "ecchi," "dame," and "shikei." The full phrase basically means "Pervy stuff is forbidden! Death penalty!"
Now for the rest of the image. I'm not sure what the "main story" is that the author refers to, and without context, I might have messed things up a little. The rest is all the author's own words, except for the word in brackets.
In this humiliating, sorry state, Kisaki-chan is escorted to the site of her execution. I originally wanted to draw Kisaki in the main story, but due to various circumstances, this was cut from the story, and so we shall mourn the loss of her here.
The board tied to Kisaki's back that looks like a wooden grave marker is something from China that's apparently called a "criminal's signboard," which seems to have been used to indicate the names and crimes of criminals being executed. (Careful of R-18G [guro] if searching the tag on Pixiv). Since she is a character with Chinese design motifs, it matches the vibe and turned out pretty sexy. So hot!
"Now that I have been ousted from my position as Master, what fresh hell is in store for me?" When I imagine the masochistic Kisaki-chan having wild fantasies about meeting a miserable end, she just seems so adorable.
