What is the best gas powered lawn mower according to /diy/? I just bought a house and need something under $900. I have a small front yard but my backyard is 10k sqft.

That's less than 1/4 acre, get a fucking push mower for $200. You could get crazy and get a self propelled for $350 or so, but either way you're talking less than an hour a week to mow it. Twice.
