Hey retard, there are already literally hundreds of guides and other forums dedicated to growing shrooms with minimal equipment. If you can't do the bare minimum of research and want spoonfeeding, you probably don't have the mental capacity to actually grow them.

basically you need a pressure cooker to pastuerize substrate, which you innoculate with spores and watch em take over. once that's done you open it to a fruiting chamber with high humidity and air flow to get noms

As long as you're not totally brain-dead, growing mushrooms is piss easy. You can grow more mushrooms than you could ever possibly use with very little effort. If you have a bit of money to buy a forced filter unit, do it.
