Not OP, but I see the method behind his madness. There's a good variety of styles and body shapes, a slight preference towards request fulfilments, a slight preference against having the same poster show up repeatedly.

There's an antisocial tendency for schizos to onions out over a gen they hate getting in, and an equal/opposite tendency for attention whore schizos to take it too seriously and try to game their way in. A certain amount of randomness is good because it frustrates and confuses both of these types of shitters.

Regional prompter stopped working entirely.
I noticed after installing wildcards and dynamic prompter it was acting weird, so I tried to replicate some gens from yesterday and isn't working at all.
As if just wasn't clicked or even installed.

Of course, first I tried to remove all the things I added and restore regional prompter and still having the issue.

So I deleted the whole "venv" folder from forge folder and started the webui-user again. Which usually solves every problem since it's basically like reinstalling the whole thing.

Is not that I can't make new images with regional, no, I'm sending yesterday images with regional prompter that worked well to img2img tab to replicate them, and isn't even able to replicate them.

Any idea of what may be causing it?

Depending on what UI you use I'd recommend trying Forge Couple instead, but obviously if thats not an option, Im going to assuming you've already tried the basics such as Restarting PC, and I see you've also reinstalled everything too. From the post below yours, I'd suggest you remove every extension except Regional Prompter, delete venv and wait for the full reinstall, and see if it works then. If it does, reinstall extentions until it breaks, see the culprit, uninstall, blah. If all extensions suddenly work together, great! If not, we go from there

Without knowing what could have happened, since it sounds like you're using A1111/Forge/Reforge and they only take like 5 minutes to install I'd suggest picking a new location and doing a clean install of whichever you want. Then install Regional Prompter there and test if it works. If it works there then you can copy everything over from your old install and delete it.

These are complex systems and there's so many things that can go wrong whenever I've encountered an issue I've done a clean install and moved things over rather than try and troubleshoot. Troubleshooting may or may not resolve the issue and almost always takes longer than just doing a clean install does.

I made a new clean install. Not just deleting venvt, but entirely deleting forge and making a new install in a different folder.

Then the only thing I put in there was the lora and the checkpoints.

The only thing that I installed is regional prompter.

My bad, missed the hair color difference since the prompts were so similar.

Thoughts on "pixel art" in prompts? There are plug-ins that can pixelate any image after genning like https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-pixelization and there are various tools to do that online too. Is it better to use something like those for pixel art?

Genner's intuition is telling me this should the the best way, or at the very least equivalent to doing it with plugins or photoshop. Main issue with the pixel_art tag is the "pixels" are fake, they often turn out rounded or split color.

Judging by the posting style it's just a malicious schizo from /h/. But there are valid reasons, all the common imagegen workflows are available in Forge with two or three clicks instead of having to assemble a node graph. Easier now with the sidebar library and subgraphs, but those are a recent addition.

Regional prompter especially is far easier with the regions unless you're using mask mode. XY charts are more convenient, comfy really only has the Efficiency Nodes implementation which is very anti-comfy. Not compatible with most other nodes including built-in ones, even worse they get bypassed only after the first image in the chart is done.

What I like most about comfy, it can restart work from the last point of change. So when I esrgan upscale it, it's a 1 time job and I batch gen for seed variation. It's like playing a gacha game. lol.

You can immediately decode it and see what the image looks like after latent upscale, it's awful. We used it back on SD1.5 for a while where you needed to set up anatomy in 512x512, then hiresfix with like 0.5-0.6 denoise to actually get a decent image out of it quality-wise.

That Hiresfix node you have there is pointless, all it does is upscale using model (thats 2x or 4x) ->up/down scale using lanczos (to reach your target res) ->VAE Encode. Saves you two nodes but you can't see the images in-between.
If you upscale by 50% using a 4x upscaler you're going super high only to come back down, better to use a 2x upscaler if available.

Because when the t2i gave me something good I would like to preserve most of the essence.
I've also compared normal image upscale with lanczos. It's blurrier.

It is a different image but you can compare the outline.
Is it better? It depends on your taste.
The esrgan is slightly sharper but the lanczos is more natural and less stair stepping.
It's really marginal and you have to pixel peep.

On my 5060ti
the hires fix + vae is need 8.8 seconds.
Lanczos + vae is 1.8 seconds.

On forge etc, I think it's better to lanczos.
On comfy it's ok to esrgan because it only need run once.

I was also decimated by the buzz-pocalypse, but I found sanctuary at seaart which is in general a whole lot more free than civit was. Since they just hide all the NSFW content on the site, they let you get away with a lot more. As far as I can tell, there aren't any specific prompt words that are blocked... at least none that I've come across. And while you can't bank points from day to day, you get enough free stamina to generate 30+ images each day. So I basically use civit for SFW and seaart for anything else. Though civit is still extremely aggressive in what they consider to be "pornographic". This image was rated as R, for example.

No inpainting necessary--not even a CN that case, I just got lucky with an "acceptable" pose after playing around with the aspect ratio. This Illustrious model does surprisingly well with dynamic backgrounds, though it seems very disposed to "Put a large aircraft/ship/spacecraft in the background beyond the character, and make it very large"; you could correct that a few different ways (to at least get a more plausible, less distracting subject in the background).

For the bra, that was just a little trial-and-error. In SBY2199, only mid-level officers seem to wear white uniforms (e.g. Kodai), seemed like a wasted opportunity if I was going to put Saori in one and not play around with transparency. The downside is that you give up even more control of bra details and construction; I could only get passable-looking gens with pink, blue, and black bras (and the black bras were too dark for their own good). I also originally gen'd Saori with a fair amount of boob bounce (she's supposed to be in mid-sweeping arm gesture pose), but with the bra it looked a bit awkward (I suppose her jugs are about a half-second from catching up with her).

Really, it's just a very capable LoRA; complex, spaceship-related backgrounds are mostly failures, but I think this one managed pretty good compromises on top of a very good rendition of the SBY bodysuits.

I did see that flux was a lot more and had no idea why. Their daily contests were a good source of blue buzz so I entered those and one of them had a flux requirement which would have cost more buzz to enter than you would get as a prize so I passed on it.

Whenever you run a gen on a site like Civit, it's running on their servers that they're paying the costs for (like electricity and maintenance if they're local servers, or cloud costs if they're cloud servers). Flux models are bigger than SDXL models so they take more resources to run a gen, which is why Civit or other sites would charge more for them.
