Not necessarily, but they're really, really hard to make look good. I actually can't really think of an example that looks good off the top of my head. For Post Malone it's part of his official image, iconic. Objectively he'd probably look better without them, but they're part of his brand now, so he'd look weird without them. But most of us are not Post Malone, lol.

Seeing a barber with a shaver tattooed on the side of his face in front of his ear, you know that motherfucker was put on earth to trim your beard and cut hair. Seeing a girl with what can only be described as "MS13 Hole" covering her whole face, it's quite tacky.

I think theyre great because if you have a tattoo on your neck or face I immediately know you're a sack of shit, so keep getting them.
